Welcome to Mrs. Wheeles' webpage.  I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!  I wanted to let you know just a little bit about myself.  I was born and raised right here in Concord and even attended Cabarrus County Schools myself.  I graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School and went to college at UNCC where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  I have been married for 13 years to my high school sweetheart Paul.  I started working at Cox Mill right after I got married.  This is my 14th year here.  My husband and I have two awesome children!  Our son's name is Wesley and he is 10 years old.  He is in fifth grade this year at Cox Mill.  Our daughter's name is Kaydence and she is 8 years old.  She is in third grade this year.  Some of my favorite things to do during my free time is play with my children, spend time with my family and friends, hang out on our boat at the lake, go on vacation, read and take naps!!  I really enjoy teaching and have met some wonderful students, parents and staff during my time at Cox Mill.  I love what I do and I can't wait to start up a new school year!!  Now that you know a little bit about me, I am looking forward to learning a little bit about each of you!!
