In the Teamwork Ranking contest; Tiger ROAR-botics finished 17th and Rockstar Robotics finished 18th. Many thanks to our students, parents and PTO!

Congratulations to Mrs. Karen Thompson for being selected as Teacher Assistant of the Year at MPES. Mrs. Thompson has been an assistant for 8 years. She works primarily in kindergarten assisting in math and reading groups but also assists with small reading groups daily in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. She is a valuable asset at our school. Thanks for all that you do for our students and staff!
Our new approach is an “Invest-in-a-Child” campaign. With 100% of the money raised through this fundraiser going directly to benefit Mt. Pleasant Elementary School. With this approach, we are able to provide even more to our students (i.e. books/supplies for classrooms, playground equipment, D.A.R.E. graduation and various community events like Curriculum Nights, Outdoor Movie Night and Spring Fling just to name a few).
