I graduated from Fayetteville State University in 2003 with a degree in Criminal Justice.  Shortly after graduation I realized I wanted to work with at-risk youth.  I've worked in Juvenile Justice at Stonewall Jackson Youth Detention Center, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as a BMT and some non-profit organizations.  This is my first full school year at Winkler Middle School.  I love the challenge of trying to manage behaviors daily.  I love going to live football and basketball sporting events.
