I am originally from New York City (Queens).
I attended the State University of New York at Oneonta, NY and I received my Master's degree at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.
Teaching for over 30 years has been very fulfilling and I look forward to each new year and the challenges that each year brings.
This years challenge will be unlike any I have ever been witness to but I know that we will all make it work. While I will not get to see you in-person I have great hope that things will change and we will safely be able to get back into the school building. I don't know about you, but I suspect that what life was like before will seem strange as we all adapt to a new life being careful how we interact with each other in the years ahead.
VERY IMPORTANT - Online Attendance notice from Cabarrus County Schools
Attendance will be taken every day. Students are expected to be logged in during their assigned class period for the entire class period. An absence will be recorded if not logged in, assignment not completed or no two-way communication with teacher during the class period. If a student is absent, an excuse note from the parent or doctor must be emailed or faxed to the attendance coordinator, email@example.com, 704-260-6659, within 2 days of the absence. Automated calls from the County Office will be sent out if student is marked absent in class.
Stay safe and remember...
