Enrollment

  • Student Enrollment for 2019/2020 School Year

    As we navigate the practice of enrollment during this time of concern with COVID-19, we strongly encourage all to promote safety and social distancing. At this time we encourage parents to complete enrollment online and email completed documents to our Data Manger at abigail.sharpe@cabarrus.k12.nc.us School staff will reach out to you with next step as soon as they receive your enrollment request.

    If you have recently relocated to our attendance zone and need to enroll your child in our school, you will need to complete and submit the following documents:

    Complete the following items:

    1) CCS Enrollment Form, and
    2) Provide two separate proofs of domicile from each of the required sources, and
    3) Complete all other required information listed here: https://www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us/Domain/516


    This information should be scanned and emailed to abigail.sharpe@cabarrus.k12.nc.us

     

    Please be aware that parents will be required to come to the school as soon as it opens back up for students and sign The Safe Schools Enrollment Declaration.

    Students will be reassigned to the appropriate school if it is found that the student is under a term of suspension/expulsion.

    Cabarrus County Schools has produced Student and Family Guides that outline grading and evaluating student progress for the remainder of the school year. The guides were created based on information provided by the State Board of Education.

  • CCS To Provide Devices to Students

    Cabarrus County Schools will provide Chromebooks to students who do not have a device at home. The device deployment will allow the district to ensure equity among students as it plans to implement instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic school closing.
