Mrs. Caligan's Social Studies class delivered breakfast to three local fire departments, local EMS workers, and our school resource officer to thank them for all the services they provide our community in remembrance of September 11th. All items were donated and delivered by fifth graders and their families along with thank you notes from our students. Students spent last week learning about September 11th and the importance of that tragic day in United States history. This was one of the ways they decided we could honor those that serve our country.
A School Board approved Instructional Fee of $10.00 is requested of every student in Cabarrus County Schools. These funds are used to supplement school level expenses such as agendas, communication folders, interventionists, copier costs, instructional supplies, etc. The funds are collected at each school and are utilized for those students only. You are encouraged to pay the instructional supply fee at K12paymentcenter.com or send a check with your student. We appreciated your support of our school.
