  • Appalachian State Model United Nations Conference

    ECHS's inaugural Model United Nations Team sent four delegations to the App State University High School Model United Nations conference on April 14, 2014. Congratulations to sophomore Myles Swann & junior Jacob Taylor for bringing home a 'Superior Delegation' award, winning 4th place out of 15 delegations at their first conference!

  • 1st Place in Food Drive
    Congratulations to all the students who helped bring in canned food for the Carolinas Student Hunger Drive.  The Early College came in 1st Place for the second time in a row by collecting an average of 22 lbs of food per student for a total over 5,000 lbs.  The annual competition is sponsored by the Carolinas Chapter of the Student Hunger Drive and benefits the Metrolina Second Harvest Food Bank.  Cody Braden was also named one of the two MVP's of the Drive and will receive a $250 scholarship.

  • Graduation 2014
    Graduation will be held in Cox Mill High School's Auditorium on May 17, 2014 at 11am.
