Our mission is to KNOW and GROW each and every one of our Royal Oaks Rockets and to create a legacy of positive relationships between students, parents, staff, and the community that will set us apart as a school of distinction. We will set our expectations high and reach beyond them.
We will DREAM BIG!
The last day for students to check out books this school year will be this Friday, April 22nd. ALL library books must be returned to the media center by Friday, April 29th. Mrs. Kilby will reward students who have returned all books on time or have paid their lost book fees. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kilby.
Royal Oaks Elementary began school-wide implementation of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the 2011-2012 school year. Congratulations Rockets! Our school has been recognized as a North Carolina PBIS Model School for the 2014-2015 school year! Let’s keep SOARING!
Royal Oaks is the first school in Cabarrus County to receive an award from the USDA's Healthier US Schools Challenge! The cafeteria manager, PE teacher, school nurse, and Child Nutrition worked together to meet the criteria for the award, which included offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains, as well as nutrition, wellness, and physical activity education.
